ARE TO EDUCATE AND ASSIST YOUNG PEOPLE AND OTHERS IN NEED THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME OR SUPPORTING ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY A INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED; AND IN FURTHERANCE OF THAT OBJECT TO IMPROVE THEIR LIVES AND SPORTING TALENTS THROUGH MENTORING COACHING AND GENERAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION IN A STRUCTURED, SUPPORTIVE AND WELL-RESOURCED ENVIRONMENT.
