DISBURSE DONATIONS RECEIVED FROM NOVERA ENERGY OR FROM ANY OTHER SOURCE FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC LIVING WITHIN THE COMMUNITY OF TREGYNON, POWYS, OR AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT.
