Charitable objects
(1) THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR DISCRETION DETERMINE AND SELECT. THE BENEFIT OF THE CHARITY IS INTENDED TO BE WORLDWIDE AND THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION APPLY THE CHARITY AND ITS FUNDS TO PROMOTION OF THE OBJECTS IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD.
