1) THE RELIEF, PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WELL BEING OF INDIVIDUALS, PREDOMINANTLY BUT NOT ENTIRELY, CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 25 SUFFERING FROM LIFE THREATENING OR LIFE SHORTENING ILLNESSES AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ARE AFFECTED BY SUCH SUFFERING AND BEREAVEMENT; 2) THE EDUCATION, SUPPORT AND PRESERVATION OF THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WELL-BEING OF CARERS AND PROFESSIONALS WORKING WITH LOSS AND BEREAVEMENT; AND 3) THE EDUCATION OR THE GENERAL PUBLIC ABOUT THE EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AVAILABLE AND PROVIDED TO THOSE SUFFERING AND AFFECTED BY LIFE THREATENING OR LIFE SHORTENING ILLNESSES AND IN ALL ASPECTS REGARDING BEREAVEMENT AND LIFE THREATENING OR LIFE SHORTENING ILLNESSES.
