TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE SOUTH EAST LONDON ARMY CADET FORCE BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF: A) ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS. B) PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE MEMBERS OF SOUTH EAST LONDON ARMY CADET FORCE IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. C) PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN PROVISION OF TRAINING AND EDUCATION FOR ADULTS INVOLVED IN YOUNG PEOPLE'S WELFARE AND WORKING WITH YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE CADETS WITHIN THE SOUTH EAST LONDON ARMY CADET FORCE.
