Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF WOMEN. 1) PROVIDING EVIDENCE, RESOURCES AND TRAINING TO RELIEVE COMPLICATIONS IN PREGNANCY AND CHILDBIRTH TO REDUCE THE RISK OF MORBIDITY AND MORTALITY; 2) PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL, PREVENTIVE AND THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTIONS FOR WOMEN WITH OBSTETRICAL OR GYNAECOLOGICAL CONDITIONS; 3) BIRTH ATTENDANTS, MIDWIVES, PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIANS AND HOSPITAL DOCTORS IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE CARE OF WOMEN IN PREGNANCY AND CHILDBIRTH AS WELL AS OTHER FEMALE CONDITIONS; 4) MAINTAINING AN INTERNET BASED, FREELY AVAILABLE EVIDENCE RESOURCE AND SUPPORT NETWORK FOR HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS INTERESTED IN WOMEN'S HEALTH AND CARE; 5) A) EFFECTIVE B) SAFE C) AFFORDABLE AND D) SIMPLE TO ADMINISTER IN THE CONTEXT OF WOMEN'S HEALTHCARE; AND 6) ADDRESSING AND ADVISING UPON CAPACITY BUILDING, ORGANISATIONAL AND POLICY LEVEL ISSUES AS WELL AS CLINICAL GOVERNANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF WOMEN'S HEALTH AND CARE.
