Activities - how the charity spends its money
The CMUC continues to provide access to and take up of both voluntary and statutory services to improve the quality of life for residents and visitors. It has a fully equiped meeting room for hire for 14 to 16 people with audio/visual aids, a one to one interview room for hire, office area, kitchenette and toilet all fully DDA compliant. It is managed and run solely by volunteers.

Charitable objects
(A) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OD CAISTOR AND THE SURROUNDING AREA (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE 'AREA OF BENEFIT') WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, HEALTH AND LOCAL HERITAGE AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. (B) TO ESTABLISH, OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF, A MULTI USE CENTRE (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE CENTRE') AND TO MAITAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME (WHETHER ALONE OR IN CO-OPERATION WITH ANY LOCAL AUTHORITY OR OTHER PERSONS OR BODY) IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTIVES.
