FOR THE BENEFIT OF INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES LIVING AND/OR WORKING IN THE LEEDS CITY REGION (“THE AREA OF BENEFIT”) IN PARTICULAR ETHNIC MINORITIES OR OTHERS WHO ARE SOCIALLY OR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED IN SOME WAY BY ADVANCING EDUCATION AND PRESERVING AND PROMOTING THE IMPORTANCE OF GOOD HEALTH AND MENTAL WELL-BEING AMONGST THE SAID INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.’
