Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF WALTHAM FOREST AND ELSEWHERE IN THE UK AND OVERSEAS AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY MINORITY ETHNIC WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN THESE AREAS BY: A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION; B) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH; C) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
