THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") TO PREVENT UNNECESSARY SUFFERING TO ANIMALS AND NEGLECT OF THEIR BODILY NEEDS ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD BY: A) PROMOTING HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ANIMALS AND ASSISTING IN THE ENFORCEMENT OF LAWS REGARDING THEIR HUMANE TREATMENT B) PROVIDING TREATMENT, PROTECTION AND CARE FOR SICK, INJURED AND NEGLECTED ANIMALS C) PROMOTING AND ENCOURAGING EDUCATION IN THE HUMANE TREATMENT OF ANIMALS.
