TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE WHO HAVE A DISABILITY WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
