THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR THE PROVISION OF VOCATIONAL TECHNICAL AND APPLIED EDUCATION AND TRAINING PRIMARILY FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS IN GLOUCESTERSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING COUNTIES BY ESTABLISHING PREMISES, WHICH SHALL BE A LEARNING CENTRE FOR CRAFT AND OTHER VOCATIONAL, TECHNICAL AND APPLIED LEARNING AND ALSO OFFER OTHER FURTHER EDUCATION PROVISION, AND BY RAISING EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS AND IMPROVING EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES PRIMARILY FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS.
