1) TO PROMOTE ON A WORLDWIDE BASIS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE CONSERVATION PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT INCLUDING THE PROTECTION OF BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY, THE PRESERVATION OF NATURAL RESOURCES, PARTICULARLY WATERS AND THE MITIGATION AGAINST THE EFFECTS OF CLIMATE CHANGE AND/OR TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THESE ISSUES, AND/OR 2) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITY CONSISTENT WITH THE OBJECTS ABOVE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
