Charitable objects

I THE RELIEF OF PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM UPPER-GASTRO-INTESTINAL CANCERS AND (TO THE EXTENT THE CHARITY MAY DETERMINE) OTHER CANCERS, AND THE PROMOTION AND PROTECTION OF THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF SUCH PATIENTS; AND III TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND AWARENESS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC RELATING TO UPPER GASTRO-INTESTINAL CANCERS; AND IV TO PROMOTE RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSES AND TREATMENT OF UPPER GASTRO-INTESTINAL CANCERS ON TERMS THAT THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH ARE PUBLISHED. II THE SUPPORT BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND COUNSELLING, AND RELIEF IN CASES OF DISTRESS, OF CARERS FOR AND OF THE DEPENDANTS OF SUCH PATIENTS WITHIN WEST BROMWICH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA OF HE WEST MIDLANDS, (BUT PRINCIPALLY AT SANDWELL GENERAL HOSPITAL INSOFAR AND FOR SO LONG AS RELEVANT SPECIALIST TREATMENT AND CARE ARE PROVIDED THERE); AND III TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND AWARENESS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC RELATING TO UPPER GASTRO-INTESTINAL CANCERS; AND
