Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS (''THE OBJECTS'') NAMELY TO BENEFIT THE PUPILS AT OGMORE VALE PRIMARY SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL BEYOND THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE NATIONAL CURRICULUM ( OR ITS REPLACEMENT) AND ABOVE THE STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS OF THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY INCLUDING FOR THIS PURPOSE THE TRAINING OF STAFF AND THE PROMOTION OF CULTURAL ACTIVITIES WHICH EXTENDS THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE OF ITS PUPILS. PROVIDED THAT IN THE EVENT OF THE CLOSURE OR MERGER OF OGMORE VALE PRIMARY SCHOOL THE ABOVE TRUSTS SHALL NOT FAIL BUT SHALL BE APPLIED TO THE SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS WHICH IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES MUST CLOSELY SERVE THE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF CHILDREN IN OGMORE VALE.
