RELIEVE THE ADVERSE EFFECTS SUFFERED BY REASON OF TERRORIST ATTACKS IN ISRAEL ON INDIVIDUALS AND THE FAMILIES OF THOSE INDIVIDUALS (WHATEVER THEIR RELIGION OR ETHNICITY) BY PROVIDING SUCH FORMS OF RELIEF AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, MEDICAL WELFARE AND SOCIAL HELP TO THOSE INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND THEIR FAMILIES.
