Charitable objects

3 THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) ARE: (I) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG PEOPLE LIVING OR WORKING AROUND THE WORLD, AND IN PARTICULAR, IN PAKISTAN AND AZAD KASHMIR BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH GOODS/SERVICES WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH A LACK OF MEANS. THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY, THE PEOPLE LIVING IN AND AROUND THE WORLD AND IN PARTICULAR IN PAKISTAN AND AZAD KASHMIR. BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY FOR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS SERVICES OR FACILITIES. THE RELIEF OF THE SICK-POOR LIVING IN THE AREA MENTIONED ABOVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, GOODS OR SERVICES. (II) THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT IN THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT AND CREATING SELF-EMPLOYMENT. BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE VIA GRANTS AND LOANS TO PURCHASE CAPITAL EQUIPMENT AND TRADE TOOLS. (III) ADVANCING IN LIFE, AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY, AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS - ADVANCING EDUCATION (PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO HIGH CALIBRE INDIVIDUALS WHO CAN NOT AFFORD TO STUDY) AND RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT. BY ASSISTING WITH EMPLOYMENT AND SELF EMPLOYMENT AND PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, AS IS NECESSARY. THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR BUSINESS ADVICE OR CONSULTANCY IN ORDER TO PROVIDE TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE. IN CASES OF FINANCIAL OR OTHER CHARITABLE NEED THROUGH HELP (I) IN SETTING UP THEIR OWN BUSINESS OR (II) TO EXISTING BUSINESSES. (IV) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS, AND THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE RESIDING PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY IN AND AROUND THE WORLD, AND IN PARTICULAR, PAKISTAN AND AZAD KASHMIR TO ASSIST IN THE TREATMENT AND CARE OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM ILL HEALTH. (V) THE PROVISION OF HOUSING FOR THOSE WHO ARE HOMELESS OR WHO CANNOT AFFORD TO MAKE THEIR HOMES HABITABLE AND OTHER ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE WITH REGARDS TO THE HOUSING MATTERS. (VI) THE RELIEF OF FINACIAL NEEDS AND SUFFERING AMONG VICTIMS OF NATURAL OR ALL KINDS OF DISASTER IN THE FORM OF MONEY (OR OTHER MEANS DEEMED SUITABLE), A PERSON'S , BODIES AND ORGANISATIONS AND POOR COUNTRIES AFFECTED, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL AID. THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF PEOPLE IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD, WHO ARE VICTIMS OF WAR OR NATURAL DISASTER, TROUBLE OR CATASTROPHE IN PARTICULAR BY THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL AID TO SUCH PERSONS.
