Charitable objects
FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, 1. THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH OF CHILDREN IN VENEZUELA, AND 2. TO RELIVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN DISPLACED FROM VENEZUELA DUE TO POLITICAL UNREST, ECONOMIC DECLINE, OR ACUTE SHORTAGES OF VITAL RESOURCES SUCH AS FOOD, MEDICINE, AND ELECTRICITY, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY PROVIDING OR SUPPORTING THE DELIVERY OF PROGRAMMES OF RELIEF IN AREAS SUCH AS EDUCATION, NUTRITION, HEALTH, EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING AND SUPPORT WITH NAVIGATING THE EMOTIONAL IMPACT OF MIGRATION, INCLUDING MIGRATORY GRIEF AND EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE.
