Charitable objects
1. THE RELIEF OF HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AMONG THE RESIDENTS OF REDCAR WHO BY VIRTUE OF THEIR AGE HAVE NEED OF A HOME VISITING SERVICE OFFERING BEFRIENDING, PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AND ADVICE; AND 2. TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
