Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE: (A) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITY IN THE INTERESTS OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL WELFARE TO THE INHABITANTS OF SOUTHAM, WARWICKSHIRE AND ITS ENVIRONS; (B) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION, LEISURE AND SOCIAL INTERACTION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, PARTICULARLY THE YOUNG, ELDERLY AND THOSE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS; (C) TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR EDUCATION, COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AND EMPLOYMENT FOR THE LOCAL COMMUNITY; (D) TO ASSOCIATE WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND THE INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE THESE OBJECTS; (E) TO MAINTAIN, MANAGE AND IMPROVE THE CHARITY'S FACILITIES FOR THE FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.
