THE RELIEF OF DISABILITY OF DEAF PERSONS IN WDS AND THE PROVISION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR SKILLS AND DEVELOPMENTS OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR PERSONS IN NEED THEREOF BY REASONS OF THEIR DISABILITY.
