TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE SOUTH-WEST IN THE SUBJECT OF THE HAZARDOUS CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL. TO PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF SUFFERERS OF ALCOHOLISM IN THE SOUTH-WEST THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, SUPPORT AND PRACTICAL ADVICE (INCLUDING DEBT ADVICE).
