Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY SUCH INCOME UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY SUCH INCOME AND THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OF THE TRUST FUND AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT TO OR TOWARDS:- 1 THE PROMOTION OF THE RELIEF OF ILLNESS, DISABILITY AND SUFFERING ARISING THEREFROM, PARTICULARLY IN CHILDREN; AND/OR 2 THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AMONGST CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND THE VULNERABLE; AND/OR 3 SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND OBJECTS AS SHALL BE CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
