Charitable objects
(I) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF OFFENDERS AND FORMER OFFENDERS OF ANY OF HM PRISONS WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM BY PROVIDING FINANCE TO OR ON BEHALF OF SUCH OFFENDERS, INCLUDING FUNDING OR CONTRIBUTING TOWARDS THE COST OF TUITION , BOOKS, TRANSPORT, MEALS, AND THE LIKE FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSISTING THEM TO OBTAIN EDUCATION AT ANY LEVEL FOR THE PURPOSE OF BETTER ENABLING THEM TO OBTAIN GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT. (II) TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG FORMER OFFENDERS AND TO BENEFIT OFFENDERS AND FORMER OFFENDERS WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY THINK FIT, WHETHER BY WAY OF CASH GRANTS, GUARANTEES, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF PRACTICAL ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT AND ACCOMMODATION. (III) TO CARRY OUT SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DEEM, IN THEIR DISCRETION, TO BE COMPATIBLE WITH THE FOREGOING OBJECTS.
