TO PROMOTE GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN LONDON, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, WOMEN, AND TO PROVIDE RELIEF FROM FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, UNEMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE AND TO ADVANCE THEIR EDUCATION; AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE AFOREMENTIONED PEOPLE TO PARTICIPATE FULLY IN THE LIFE OF THEIR COMMUNITY IN WAYS WHICH ADDRESS AND ALLEVIATE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE.
