Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A COMMUNITY
HALL FOR USE BY THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF
POLITICS RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR
A) MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES, AND
B) OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATIONS, WITH THE
OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS
THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN PART 1 OF THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED
BY THE COMMITTEE TO USE FOR THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY
