Charitable objects
3.1 TO ESTABLISH AND PROVIDE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE A PUBLIC RECREATION GROUND AND PLAYING FIELDS AND FACILITIES FOR USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND ELIGIBLE PERSONS AND MANAGE THE SAME WHETHER ALONE OR IN CO-OPERATION WITH ANY LOCAL AUTHORITY OR VOLUNTARY OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS. 3.2 TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE ARE OF BENEFIT AND ELIGIBLE PERSONS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF DISABILITY SEX SEXUAL ORIENTATION RACE OR OF POLITICAL OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND ELIGIBLE PERSONS AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS AND ELIGIBLE PERSONS. 3.3 TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED
