FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THE SIKH COMMUNITY BY: 1) ADVANCING EDUCATION AND PROMOTING GOOD HEALTH AND BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR SPORT, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES AND PROMOTION OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; AND 2) ADVANCING EDUCATION IN THE INTELLECTUAL, ARTISTIC, ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL BACKGROUND OF THE SIKH COMMUNITY; AND 3) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE COMPANY MAY DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.
