2.1 DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF, CHILDREN, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SETTING;
2.2 ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH ENHANCE THE SETTING AND HEIGHTEN THE EXPERIENCE OF THE CHILDREN.
