Charitable objects
1) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PERSONS LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS. 2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE USE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. 3) THE MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENT OR PROVISION OF PUBLIC AMENITIES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. THE AREA OF BENEFIT FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE MEANS FLINTSHIRE AND ITS SURROUNDING AREA.
