TO ADVANCE PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES IN LEICESTERSHIRE AND RUTLAND BY PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PLAYING CRICKET AND OTHER GAMES AND SPORTS.
