II TO ASSIST, SUPPORT AND EMPOWER THEM TO DEVELOP SELF CONFIDENCE AND SELF ESTEEM SO THAT THEY ARE ABLE TO SPEAK OUT FOR THEMSELVES AND LEAD A VALUED LIFESTYLE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. III IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, ACTING AS AN INDEPENDENT MENTAL CAPACITY ADVOCATE.
