TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE RESIDENTS IN THE LONDON BOROUGHS OF BARKING AND DAGENHAM, REDBRIDGE AND HACKNEY AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.
