BLF brings over 30 years experience of like minded people working to improve health and education conditions in remote areas in Sierra Leone. Our aim is to provide and improve FREE Quality Medical Care to the needy. Sponsoring Education leading to long term healthcare independence, self sufficiency and self-supportive structure. Raise standards of sanitation, hygiene and access to clean water.

Charitable objects
1. THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND PRESERVATION OF HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE LIVING IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD AND IN PARTICULAR IN THE UNDER DEVELOPED COUNTRIES SUCH AS SIERRA LEONE, ZAMBIA ETC. 2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH CARE BY THE PROVISION OF LECTURES, FORA AND BY THE PUBLICATION OF NEWSLETTER DEVOTED TO HEALTHCARE. 3. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS IN UNDER DEVELOPED COUNTRIES AND IN PARTICULAR IN SIERRA LEONE AND IN ZAMBIA BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THEIR EDUCATION WHICH ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO THEM.
