Hope for Home provides advice and support for carers of elderly people with dementia and/or advanced Parkinson's Disease who are looking after their loved ones at home. We are also committed to advancing the education of the general public, as well as that of health and social care professionals, in care of people with dementia and/or advanced Parkinson's Disease in their own homes.
