Charitable objects
3.1 TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE SPECIFIED AREA (HEREINAFTER CALLED "AREA OF BENEFIT") IRRESPECTIVE OF SEX, SEXUALITY, DISABILITY, RACE, LANGUAGE OR POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS PERSUASION OR AN OFFENDING BACKGROUND AND TO WORK IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. 3.2 TO ESTABLISH OR TO SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY BUILDING OR BUILDINGS HEREINAFTER CALLED THE "CENTRE" AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME (WHETHER ALONE OR IN CO-OPERATION WITH ANY LOCAL AUTHORITY OR OTHER BODIES IF FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.) 3.3 TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OF THE SAID INHABITANT
