TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH THE INCREASE OF PLAY PROVISION IN THE BOROUGH OF RUSHMOOR AND LOCAL AREA IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PLAY AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION AND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DECIDE.
