TO USE CREATIVE ACTIVITIES SUCH AS ARTS, MUSIC, GAMES AND DRAMA TO FURTHER THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS WHO HAVE PHYSICAL OR LEARNING DISABILITIES, OR MENTAL HEALTH DIFFICULTIES TO ASSIST THEM TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBER OF SOCIETY.
