TO ENABLE DISABLED PEOPLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PLAYING AND WATCHING OF THE GAME OF FOOTBALL BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO SUCH FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
