THE CHARITY@S OBJECTS (OBJECTS') ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WILLINGTON AND SURROUNDING AREA IN COUNTY DURHAM, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN THE COMMON EFFORT TO ACHIEVE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
