CAW PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY FOR THE VIEWS OF LOCAL GROUPS & ORGANISATIONS TO BE REPRESENTED. CAW WILL FACILITATE APPROPRIATE THIRD SECTOR INVOLVEMENT IN STRATEGIC DECISION-MAKING AT ALL LEVELS. CAW CONTINUES TO IDENTIFY GAPS IN SERVICE PROVISION.
