THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) ARE TO PROMOTE HORTICULTURE AND FLORICULTURE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC GENERALLY AND ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO LIVE IN OR VISIT BISHOP'S WALTHAM BY THE PROVISION OF FLORAL DISPLAYS, SHRUBS, TREES AND LANDSCAPES IN PLACES VISIBLE TO THE PUBLIC AND BY THE HOLDING OF FLORAL COMPETITIONS.
