TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND RELIEF OF PERSONS WITH AUTISM AND LEARNING DIFFICULTIES AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES AND SUCH OTHER SERVICES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.
