Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE FOR SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR DISCRETION DETERMINE AND THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE ASSETS UNDER THEIR CONTROL AND MAY APPLY THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL OF SUCH ASSETS IN FURTHERANCE OF THE OBJECTS.
