Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR PEOPLES OF AFRICAN AND CARIBBEAN ORIGINS IN THE SUBJECT OF COMMERCE, LAW, BUSINESS, FINANCE AND ECONOMIES BY PROVIDING TRAINING AND COURSES, AND IN SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION DETERMINE SO THAT THE BENEFICIARIES OF THE CHARITY MAY BE MORE ABLE TO SECURE EMPLOYMENT AND REALISE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL, ENABLING THEM TO IDENTIFY AND HELP MEET THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ON ISSUES ARISING FROM DISCRIMINATION AGAINST ANY MEMBER OF SOCIETY, SUCH DISCRIMINATION BEING ON THE GROUNDS OF COLOUR, RACE, NATIONALITY OR OTHER ETHNIC OR NATIONAL ORIGINS.
