Charitable objects
THE ORGANISATION IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE AREA OF CATTADOWN, COXSIDE AND PRINCE ROCK, PLYMOUTH, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE EAST END. A) THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL HEATH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE. B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION; C) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIFE, AND D) ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
