THE CHARITY IS A UNIT OF THE SCOUT ASSOCIATION WHOSE AIM IS TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN ACHIEVING THEIR FULL PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL POTENTIAL AS RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS. THIS IS PROVIDED VIA AN ENJOYABLE SCHEME OF PROGRESSIVE TRAINING BASED ON THE SCOUT PROMISE AND LAW GUIDED BY ADULT LEADERSHIP THROUGH ACTIVITIES BASED ON BADGES AND AWARDS IN SCOUTING.
