THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WITH A DISABILITY OR SICKNESS, PARTICULARLY IN, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, WEST MIDLANDS BY PROVISION OF SERVICES, ACTIVITIES AND FACILITIES TO RELIEVE THEIR NEEDS AND TO ASSIST IN THEIR INDEPENDENCE IN THE COMMUNITY THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO ARE ELDERLY OF INFIRM, PARTICULARLY IN, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, WEST MIDLANDS BY PROVISION OF SERVICES, ACTIVITIES AND FACILITIES TO RELIEVE THEIR NEEDS. TO PROMOTE ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF RESIDENTS OF WEST MIDLANDS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC THAT THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME MAY DETERMINE.
