THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY TO GIVE GRANTS FOR GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES, WHICH PURPOSES ARE TO BE DECIDED AT THE ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES AND WHICH (WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) MAY INCLUDE APPLYING THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE AND TO IMPROVE MEDICAL PRACTICES FOR THE POOR IN THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES AND ELSEWHERE AS APPROPRIATE ("THE OBJECTS").
