THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") 1) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OF PEOPLE IN HERTFORDSHIRE, WHO ARE AFFECTED BY OR DEPENDENT ON DRUGS AND ALCOHOL IN HERTFORDSHIRE. 2) THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE GOOD HEALTH OF PERSONS IN HERTFORDSHIRE WHO ARE IN DANGER OF BECOMING ADDICTED TO, OR DEPENDENT ON, OR WHO HAVE ALREADY BECOME ADDICTED TO OR DEPENDENT ON DRUGS OR ALCOHOL.
